Christmas [1941]

My dear Bob

Thank you from us both very much for your Xmas present.
I have now read it twice and am getting into it – I do not yet quite follow the end  of the whole matter – but perhaps a 3rd reading will put that right. By way of reverse I send my latest small thing1 – give my love to Bessy.
Ursula is rapturous about her weekends at the Shiffolds.2
