Dear Roy

On the evening of the 24th I have to attend an EFDS.1 party in Manchester, which means leaving Euston at 1.15 (lunch on train.) If you cared to come by that train also it would be very nice, and if you weren’t too bored you might come to the party. On the other hand you may be busy and prefer to come by the 2.45-M.6.46 or 3.45-M 7.55 or 4.30-M 8.41, or 6.0-M 9.40. Let me know as soon as you can if you are coming with me, and I will get you a reservation. The Grand Hotel is full. I will let you know the name of our Hotel as soon as I know.
