Letter from Ursula Vaughan Williams to Michael Kennedy
Letter No.:
VWL2826
[4 June 1954]
Thank you so much. I have written to Mrs Davies to ask for a room for 13th. & we should love to dine with you. As Ralph is conducting Hodie1 I think he’ll probably be better having a quiet, cannonical2 scrambled egg before.3
Do you mean Hodie at Worcester – or at the RCM.4 rehearsals? Of course, either or both.
So glad you will be about in July.
Love from us both
Ursula.
