So many thanks for your card - How are you - better I hope - Did I ever thank you for the Xmas Carol Book - I wish I had it here.
I hear that your brother Geoffrey is going in for Rugby - For their sake I hope he’ll get in  - for ours not.1
I enclose this letter which may amuse you as showing the ways of our “musical editors” - I refused!2
