[12th November 1910]

Dear Miss Charrington

I can’t tell you how sorry I am that the St Val:1  is going to cease – I enjoyed it tremendously – and we were getting quite good.  Our two professional players said that our last concert was much the best we had given.  If ever any one is moved to revive it I shall be delighted to come back, if wanted.
I do hope you are better – I can’t imagine you any thing but active!
Yrs sincerely

R. Vaughan Williams
