Letter from Ralph Vaughan Williams to Edward J. Dent

Dear Dent

Very many thanks for the score- my last letter was sent off before your parcel arrived - the score is really beautiful - it seems a shame to be adding percussion in another handwriting.
The wind parts will be at liberty in a day or two & I will send them along as [soon] as I can with the score - we can [do] this work simultaneously.1
Yrs
