Letter No.:
August 17th 1952

The White Gates

Dear Victor & Mary
This is to welcome you home - it will be such a pleasure to see you both here.1
How about coming here for tea on Saturday, August 23rd, or Friday, August 24th? Mary knows the way here already.
After that, I shall be busy with rehearsals, & Hereford Festival, up till Friday, 12th September - so we'll make a later date then if you cannot manage either of those two.
Love from
Uncle Ralph

1. The Sheppards had returned from a spell living in South Africa.
