Dear Peter
I am v. sorry I kept your specs so long but I had no idea who they belonged to or where they came from. I am also very sorry I couldn't come & see you when at Cambridge but every minute was full up with the examination papers and I only had just time to catch my train.
Give my love to Anne.I hope we shall see you both here one day.
