Letter from Ralph Vaughan Williams to Harriet Cohen

Letter No.:

The White Gates,
Westcott Road,
Dorking.

My Dear Harriet

This is very sweet of you.  One is finished, but I think one alone wd be no use to you - the other is only howling in the air & has not been harnessed yet.
But if you like I will send the one to you - I think you will probably hate it - & you must be honest about it.
Yrs

R.V.W.
