Dear Miss Townsend

I do hope that you will be kind enough to play at one of our concerts1 – I have various things half booked up – but when I have a free date I shall ask you to be kind enough to play. I am asking Mr Zack Kinsky2 to play for us on Oct 16th.
Yours sincerely
