 1. Dated after the move to Hanover Terrace. If this is the abbot of Buckfast where Hubert Foss had been (see VWL1984) it must be after 5 January 1957 when the next abbot was elected. VW and others had arranged for Hubert Foss to have a long holiday at Buckfast Abbey.
