Letter from Ralph Vaughan Williams to Leonard Smith

Letter No.: VWL2935

The White Gates,
Dorking.

16th December, 1948.

Dear Sir,

I have had a letter from Miss Darley, Secretary to Sir Malcolm Sargent telling me that you might be able to arrange that I should hire a radiogram.  I should be very glad to hear more about this at your convenience.
I ought, however, to explain that our current here is D.C. and I do not know whether that makes the scheme impossible.
Yours faithfully,

R. Vaughan Williams
(R. Vaughan Williams).

Leonard Smith, Esq.,

Mr Smith  We have no radiograms of this type for D.C. current1
