Letter from Ralph Vaughan Williams to Barrie Greenwood

Letter No.: VWL3533

From R. Vaughan Williams,
10, Hanover Terrace,
Regents Park,
London, N.W.1.

July 24 1957

Dear Mr Greenwood1

Thank you very much for your interesting letter with all your personal and musical experiences – please give my kind regards to Mr Field Dodgson2  – it was a great pleasure having his letter.
Please thank your mother very much for her valued advice about hearing aids. I have now found one which only uses one battery & is quite small (waistcoat pocket!).
I have the pleasure to enclose 2 photographs.
Yours sincerely

R. Vaughan Williams
