Dear MaudĀ
Wd you look through the enclosed – especially with regard to words, repeats (which make me dizzy) and pagination which is quite beyond me.1
Did I arrange ‘Winter it is gone’? – I can’t remember doing it – but then I can’t remember doing many of them. I shall want to hear all about Vienna.
– The enclosed may amuse you – “The results of an accident”

1. Karpeles was preparing songs for the Novello folk song series. VW arranged The Winter is gone for four male voices.
